My Story

As a student at the University of Colorado Boulder, I struggled to find a truly healthy protein bar made with simple, unprocessed ingredients that I could take to class and on mountain trips. Determined to fill this gap, I decided to create my own grass-fed whey protein bar using the best local ingredients I could source.

After months of trial and error experimenting in my shared college kitchen, I finally perfected the original chocolate flavor, with more delicious flavors in the works.

Since graduating in August 2024, I moved back home to Austin, Texas, where I aim to grow Brave Bar into a thriving brand known for its commitment to quality. My goal is to cultivate a community of like-minded customers who prioritize reading labels and value the ingredients they put into their bodies.
